1. Project-Based Services
Due to the customized nature of our work (web design, automation, AI integration, etc.), refunds are not provided once work has begun. If a project is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be issued, minus any time already invested in preparation or planning.
2. Consultations & Training
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations or training sessions.
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.
3. Subscriptions & Maintenance Plans
Monthly services (e.g., support, hosting, training retainers) can be canceled with 14 days' notice. No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time.
When services are bundled as year-long packages (e.g. website creation + 12 months of hosting & support), payment is required in full upfront to activate the subscription.
In these cases:

No partial refunds are issued if the client discontinues the service before the end of the term.

These prepaid services are non-refundable as they reserve time, storage, and ongoing support capacity throughout the year.
4. Digital Tools & AI Services
AI tools, onboarding flows, and chatbot implementations are considered digital goods. These are non-refundable once access is granted or development has started.
